Friday, Jan. 5th

 12:00-2:00 pm:   Early Weigh-ins (boys only)

    ***Early Weigh-Ins: $20 additional charge if pre-purchased on TrackWrestling before registration closes, $30 Walk-in

6:00-8:00 pm:  Normal Weigh-in for Boys Division ONLY

(All Bantam, Midget, Novice, & SchoolBoy must weigh in on Friday night, Tots can weigh in at any normal weigh in time.)

 

Saturday, Jan. 6th

 10:00am – 12:00:  Early Weigh-ins (Girls divisions ONLY)

4:00-6:00 pm:  Normal Weigh-ins Girls Division 

(All Bantam Midget, & SchoolGirl must weigh-in on Saturday.  Tots can weigh in at any normal weigh in time)

Sunday, Jan. 7th

9:00-10:00 am – TOTS only LAST chance weigh-in (Tots are welcome to weigh in at any normal time.)

 

Wrestling Schedule

Saturday, Jan. 6th (NO Girls Division or Tots)

7:30 am:  Coaches Meeting

8:00 am:  Session #1: Bantam & SchoolBoy

1:00 pm:  Session #2: Midget & Novice

** Will wrestle all-round robins to completion and 8-man brackets.  Awards for those brackets will be after bracket completion. 

 

Sunday, Jan. 7th

8:00 am:  We will be having a Parade of Champions for the Remaining Boys (medalist) and all Girls

8:30 am:  Wrestling starts for both Boys and Girls

11:00 am:   All Tots

REGISTRATION

• Register online at: TrackWrestling.com (Closes Thursday, Jan 4th at 11:59 pm)

• Entry Fee $45

  • Walk-ins will be taken for a $20 additional fee as long as the tournament limit isn’t met.

• An unpaid entry WILL NOT be held.  If you don’t pay online at the time of registration, entry will be deleted.

• IF a wrestler doesn’t make registered weight, they will be moved to the proper weight class free of charge.

• Early Weigh-ins can be purchased on Track at the time of registration for $20.  If not pre-purchased, you can walk in for $30.

ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A CURRENT AAU CARD AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE AT WEIGH-INS.

ADMISSION

GENERAL ADMISSION

  • Can be prepurchased during weigh-ins or purchased the day of.
  • $15/day or $25/weekend 
  • 5 and under free
  • SUITES will be awarded for free for the top teams that bring the most wrestlers

COACHES PASS

  • $40 For the weekend and includes admission if prepurchased on Track before registration closes.
  • $50 IF not prepurchased (walk-in)
  • ALL COACHES MUST SHOW NON-ATHLETIC AAU CARD (a USA card WILL NOT work)

HEAD COACHES

  • Teams will receive one free HEAD COACH pass per 8 wrestlers
  • Head coaches will be provided lunch in the hospitality room on both Saturday and Sunday
  • HEAD COACHES passes can not be purchased, they are given free on a 1-8 wrestlers basis.

• Chains for Champions of each weight class

• Trophies for 2nd and 3rd place in each weight class

• Medals for the top 6 places (8 places in 32 and 64 man brackets) in each weight class.

• Team Awards Presented After the ALL Age groups complete.

• Awards immediately after completion of bracket

TEAM AWARDS**

• Class A: 18 or More (Score only the top 18)

• Class B: 13-17 Wrestlers (Score only the top 13)

• Class C: 8-12 Wrestlers (Score only the top 8)

** We will not be able to present the team awards until all wrestling is concluded on Sunday Afternoon. We understand that most will not want to stay around until Tots is complete.  Awards will be broadcast on Mat 1 of track cast and posted on the website.  Team awards will then be mailed to each team if a coach is not available.

Tournament Director reserves the right to combine weight classes to ensure matches.

COACHES PASSES

• $40/weekend (includes the entry fee for all sessions.)
 
• Coaches passes can be purchased online on Track Wrestling for $40 and must be purchased before the end of registration.  If not prepurchased on Track, a walk-in rate of $50 will apply.

• One free HEAD COACHING Pass per 8 wrestlers.

• Coaches’ passes can be picked up at Weigh-Ins
• All coaches must show a non-athletic AAU card in order to receive a coaching pass.
